"hopeless, helpless, and lost" -- Cho family

I feel really bad for the family of Virginia Tech shooter Seung-Hi Cho. They issued an eloquent statement of regret and heartbreak. A few quotes below, from Cho's older sister, Sun-Kyung Cho, drawn from this AP report:

"Our family is so very sorry for my brother's unspeakable actions. It is a terrible tragedy for all of us. We pray for their families and loved ones who are experiencing so much excruciating grief.
